The masterclass on Mindfulness and Eating psychology is a focused training for health professionals interested in these scientific topics.
Participants can expect to be inspired by our well-known presenters, up to date knowledge, unique workshops and clinical practice insights.
The masterclass covers three themes: Eating psychology, Mindfulness and Mindful eating. The program includes international keynote speakers, engaging workshops and meaningful practical knowledge
Τhe masterclass will be conducted in both English and Greek and translation will be offered where it is need.
Our event will welcome health professionals across industries or working in private practice -as psychologists, mental health counselors, nutritionists, coaches or any other professional with high interest in fields of mindfulness and eating psychology.

Spetses Hotel
The Venue
The 4-star Spetses Hotel welcomes you to a unique seafront location 10- minute walk from the main port, the “Dapia”. With its slim 70s elegance, its comfortable rooms, lounge, restaurants and terraces overlooking the emerald sea on a private beach, the Spetses emits a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Spetses is a small island of 27 sq m area and a population of 4,000 people. The island’s beauty blends the blue colours of the sea with the green freshness of the pine forest, along with the small boats, the horse carriages, the landscape, the churches and the stunningly beautiful traditional architecture.
Spetses is accessible by boat or Flying Dolphin from the port of Piraeus or from Hydra, Aegina and Poros. Another option is to travel by car (or by bus with Argolida Prefecture Bus Company- KTEL) to Kosta in Peloponnese and to get a boat from there to Spetses (the boat trip lasts only 15 minutes).

Pre-Registration procedure
First fill the registration form by choosing the prebook slot or occupancy, and if you would like to travel by bus. Please add any other important details like if you have any food allergies.
In order to choose based on occupancy there is no need to have a company of one or two people. Being alone and by choosing double or triple occupancy you agree that you will share the room with another person of the same gender.
When you compete, your registration form you will receive an e mail with all the details in order to complete your registration.

Cancelation policy:
The registration fee is refundable until 31.04.2023. Cancelations after 01.05.2021 will be refundable 50% of the registration fee.
