Born in Athens in 1971, he studied Digital Multimedia Programming with a MBA degree in Digital Content Production and Management, Paris, 2000.
He has collaborated with major digital content production companies in various fields while professionally combining technology with gastronomy and culture. Thus, in 2003 he founded the “White Word of the day”, while publishing linguistic dictionaries. In 2011, in collaboration with Marianna Kavroulaki, he published the first Greek gastronomic dictionary entitled “The language of taste”.
In 2012 he worked as editor-in-chief on the portal Pathfinder.gr, where he started the production of online gastronomic shows presenting the the history of food. In 2012 he started a collaboration with “The Food and Leisure Guide” [FNL-guide] where he produced and presented a series of online shows such as “The Chefs”, “The Bartenders” and “The cocktails”.
In 2017 launched the site ww.productoftheday.com, and at the same time collaborates with Athinorama Umami while receiving the Wine Expert and Sommelier certification. In March 2019, he founded the Delio Food Hub, a wholesale platform for distribution and promotion of products of small Greek producers to hotels and restaurants.
Today, besides “Product Of The Day” and the “Delio Food Hub”, he is a lecturer at the Metropolitan College, “Food Communication ” course, instructor of INSETE, while studying and presenting throughout Greece, models for the development of gastronomy and tourism.
