Biography
My research areas include Mindfulness and Self-compassion and their influence on Eating Behaviours, Health Behaviours and wellbeing. I have a particular interest in the health and wellbeing of people with chronic illness, of people who work in healthcare professions and of students in schools and in Higher Education. My research is applied and is focused on developing accessible mindfulness-based interventions to support health and wellbeing across different populations.
